The official launch of the ITS European Congress 2026 has been held in Istanbul.

The event (#ITS_Istanbul2026) will be held at the Turkish city's Istanbul Congress Centre (ICC) from 27-29 April 2026.

Call for Contributions will be launched at the beginning of September under the theme 'Bridging innovation: Integrated, safe and seamless mobility'.

It is co-organised by Ertico - ITS Europe, along with the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and İsbak, supported by the Türkiye Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, the Türkiye Belediyeler Birliği (Union of Municipalities of Türkiye) and ITS Türkiye, and in collaboration with the European Commission.

The European Programme Committee (EPC) has met to define the programme and finalise the main topics of discussion.
