1763 Econolite will use the ITS World Congress to highlight its Centracs Adaptive and Travel Time software modules.

Centracs Adaptive is designed for transportation agencies seeking to significantly improve traffic mobility over pre-programmed signal timing plans. It actively reallocates and adapts signal timing to improve traffic flow, including unpredictable or unexpected traffic conditions.

Centracs Travel Time module enables Centracs ATMS to subscribe to BlueToad travel time and speed data to provide both historical, as well as current speed and travel time information.

Econolite will also feature its RTMS roadside radar detection system and Autoscope Duo, a hybrid radar and video vehicle detection system that provides the highest levels of detection accuracy in all traffic, lighting, weather, and pavement conditions.

Sensefields’ traffic monitoring system uses easily installed wireless sensors to determine vehicle speed and, in urban situations, also for categorisation. Information from the sensor is sent in real time to the data processing station to determine the capacity (vehicles per hour) in each lane, average speed, speed distribution, average vehicle length, length distribution, density, average headway between vehicles and occupancy (%).

In case of parking space abuse, the owner of the space is immediately warned by sms, in the same way as the multi-user Phonepark. A new design and new features for the standard Phonepark will be shown at Intertraffic. EST says it plans to extend the implementa
