Innovations of several separate divisions of 311 Bosch are displayed on the company’s booth at this year’s ITS America expo, as Bosch brings together solutions from its Security Systems, Software Innovations and Automotive divisions. High performance cameras are featured from 517 Bosch Security Systems; three types of camera can be viewed on the company’s booth. The Bosch MIC Series 550 are rugged pan-tilt-zoom cameras; AutoDome 800 Series HD cameras are 360 degree high speed PTZ; and Dinion Capture 5000 IP are license plate capture cameras for all ambient lighting conditions.

Bosch Software Innovations is presenting its eMobility solution for providing ‘electromobility’ services over the Internet – connecting drivers, service providers and business partners with charging station infrastructure – while Bosch Automotive is exhibiting a number of infotainment and chassis controls systems. The company’s Predictive Emergency Braking system, which makes use of vehicle mounted radar sensors, was introduced in 2011. New this year is Bosch Automotive’s latest infotainment technology being introduced to 838 Nissan Ultima vehicles. The system includes in-car 1691 Google searching via 1835 Bluetooth connection to smartphones.
