Delcan announces numerous promotions

The board of directors of Delcan has announced several appointments to principal, senior principal and vice president as part of its programme to reward team members for their strong leadership and technical skills, as well as contributions made to the corporation’s growth and success. RSSThe board of directors of 285 Delcan has announced several appointments to principal, senior principal and vice president as part of its programme to reward team members for their strong leadership and technical skills, as well as contributions made to the corporation’s growth and success.

In the company’s transportation division, Kelly Roberts and Sam Dinatolo have been promoted to principal. Nigel Astell, based in Vienna, Virginia, USA, who leads Delcan’s rail and transit business has been promoted to vice president, while Carolyn Hayward-Williams, a senior transportation professional and rail and transit systems engineer, has been promoted to senior principal. Lori Colangelo, an experienced project manager and systems engineer in the rail and transit division has been promoted to principal.

In Delcan’s program and project management division, Phil Bernardo, Marla Browning, and George Panagopoulos have been promoted to principal. Meanwhile, in the structures division, Brent Archibald has been promoted to senior principal. Delcan’s water division sees the promotion of Marek Hanel to senior principal and Hiran Sandanayake to principal.
