Representatives from 378 Cubic Transportation Systems (CTS), will speak at the APTA Fare Collection & Revenue Management Summit and TransITech Conference, two events to be held in parallel in San Diego from 11-13 April.

The APTA Fare Collection & Revenue Management Summit brings together public and private sector professionals from across the transit industry to discuss lessons learned from recent payment system implementations in public transport and other development projects around the world.  The APTA TransITech Summit focuses on information technology experts and software developers for wide-ranging topics from cyber security to electronic payment systems to transit ITS applications.

“It’s a transformative time in public transit, where innovation and technology are giving riders more options for how they move around their cities, pay for the services they use and make informative decisions about when to travel,” said Matt Newsome, senior vice president and general manager, Cubic Transportation Systems Americas.  “With a focus on open architecture and integration, Cubic is working to ensure our agency customers are prepared for the inevitable disruptors in the industry, including mobile payment, journey planning, account management and predictive analytics.”
