26 Case Systems Inc, which develops and maintains wireless technologies for the transportation and parking industries, is highlighting its roadside call box technology and parking systems at this years 560 ITS America.
The company is featuring its solar-powered roadside call box which is built to last, enduring the elements for over 20 years, and paving the way for green ITS technologies worldwide. Case Systems says that transportation agencies, public works departments and 511 programs use its call box systems enhanced with Bluetooth technology to offer additional information services to the driving public.
Using the same design concept and low-cost, reliable technology, 7237 Case Parking delivers real-time occupancy for managing parking facilities utilising a web-based dashboard with the ability to provide parkers with parking space availability via smartphones, message signs and web applications. The company’s turnkey parking solution, which counts cars in and out of parking lots with more than 99% accuracy, uses a new data management, or “Counts in the Cloud” approach, to automate real-time parking information or special event planning. Case Systems says that ROI studies show that its parking solution will drive positive cash flow in the first month of operation.

Aesys, a specialist in the LED display industry, will be using Intertraffic Amsterdam 2014 to highlight its range of traffic variable message signs (VMS) with ULP Technology. It enables high efficiency LEDs with ULP piloting, power supplies with low dispersion, optimised electronic control, heat dissipation without external air exchange and high thermal dissipation paint. Xerox is also showcasing its dynamic pricing technology at their booth, highlighting its tolling and parking applications. The company’s pricing algorithm dynamically computes the toll price at a pre-configured frequency by processing traffic data from general purpose and HOT lanes in real-time.
Xerox is showcasing its latest transportation innovations in on- and off-street parking, photo enforcement and mobility management here at the ITS World Congress. On display at the Xerox booth is Merge, an analytics-based parking management system, and 360SmartView, an advanced safety e-screening solution.
