2013 Polis Conference – call for speakers

The call for speakers for the 2013 Polis Conference, to be held in Brussels on 4 and 5 December, covers a wide range of topics open under the core Polis themes of environment and health, traffic efficiency and mobility, road safety and the social and economic challenges.     D’Artagnan Consulting has been retained by California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) as the prime contractor to assist the Caltrans with formulation, design, management and implementation of the California Road Charge Pilot Program.
