Yunex Traffic is launching a new product in its electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure portfolio: the QC60-120 kW rapid charger.

The company says it can simultaneously charge up to three electric vehicles, is suitable for all EVs and is compatible with CHAdeMO, CCS and AC Type-2 fast charging connectors.

Yunex has now installed more than 500 rapid charging units across the UK, with 125 in London alone.

Its rapid chargers are also at a new hub in Portishead, near Bristol, adding to the Revive charger network which spans the West of England.

In the Midlands, Yunex has commissioned 39 rapid chargers in Coventry to support the city’s charging network and Go Electric Taxi initiative; while in Birmingham, it is installing 197 chargers to create a network of some 400 charge points across the city over the next two years.
