Signal conditioning modules

The Industrial Automation Group of Advantech has introduced two new signal conditioning modules, the ADAM-3112 and ADAM-3114. The 3112 is an isolated AC voltage to DC voltage module while the 3114 is an isolated AC current to DC voltage module. Both devices can convert up to 400V AC or 5A AC signals to 0~5V DC signals for data acquisition cards to measure while reducing the harmful effects of ground loops, field noise and electrical interference. These modules are suitable for DIN rail mounting, designed for

The Industrial Automation Group of 548 Advantech has introduced two new signal conditioning modules, the ADAM-3112 and ADAM-3114.
These modules are suitable for DIN rail mounting, designed for easy wiring and can be connected through screw terminals, which simplifies wiring and maintenance.

Moscow, which has to contend with heavy congestion on its arterial and ring roads during rush hour, relies heavily on its newly-implemented intelligent transportation system (ITS). At the heart of the system is PTV Group’s model-based PTV Optima, which delivers accurate traffic information in real-time and enables dynamic forecasting for a timescale of 60 minutes. PTV Optima collects, compares, validates and combines data from multiple sources to produce a coherent and detailed traffic picture. Using a comb

Signal Group is launching a new traffic control product, called the C5000 intersection control system, here at Intertraffic. The company says it has taken its proven US technology from the ATC line of traffic controllers and SG line of safety monitors and created an all-in-one unit. The new unit, along with its paired power distribution assembly, can deliver world-class traffic control in an integrated card-rack based form factor. This initial launch configuration will drive up to 32 individual signal sets
