The purchase of Oregon-based 829 PSI Acquisition enables 5642 Trafficware Group to expand their product offering into 3879 Caltrans approved traffic control cabinets.

PSI Acquisition, a manufacturing company specialising in intelligent traffic solutions produces a variety of traffic control cabinets, controllers and conflict monitors, innovative power backup technology and the industry-leading Cyberlock security access system.

According to Trafficware CEO John Newhard, the company is committed to bringing innovation and technology to the traffic industry, together with a broad portfolio of products.  The acquisition of PSI represents another step in the process by enabling Trafficware to add Caltrans approved cabinets to its range.
