US-headquartered 120 Siemens Mobility and Logistics has partnered with 73 Iteris in an agreement that means that Iteris will now distribute the complete Siemens intelligent traffic product across the state. “This agreement allows both Siemens and Iteris the opportunity to better provide solutions to the many traffic challenges US cities face,” said Frank LoPresti, vice president of road and city mobility, Siemens Mobility and Logistics division. “Efficient traffic control technologies can benefit cities and their citizens by shortening travel times and reducing congestion, while also offering valuable environmental benefits.”

"Iteris is very pleased to be working with Siemens in Texas. With the current Texas staff, it is a natural extension of the services we already provide to our customers,” said Abbas Mohaddes, president and CEO of Iteris. “We look forward to working with Siemens and being part of the Siemens distribution network."
