Highlighting TEN-T success

The Trans-European Transport Network Executive Agency (TEN-T EA) has launched a new campaign called “10 out of TEN” with the aim of showcasing successfully implemented TEN-T projects. A special publication highlights a selection of 10 implementation successes of this programme while a special section of the TEN-T EA’s website showcases these and other completed projects that the agency has managed on behalf of the European Commission. The 6025 Trans-European Transport Network Executive Agency (TEN-T EA) has launched a new campaign called “10 out of TEN” with the aim of showcasing successfully implemented TEN-T projects. A special publication highlights a selection of 10 implementation successes of this programme while a special section of the TEN-T EA’s website showcases these and other completed projects that the agency has managed on behalf of the 1690 European Commission. This section will continue to expand as more projects are successfully completed. Users will be able to scroll an interactive European map and access detailed information about each individual project and the benefits its realisation has brought.

    EU supports key TEN-T infrastructure projects
    In the last Calls of the trans-European transport network (TEN-T) Programme, the European Commission selected a total of 106 projects that will benefit from over US$428 million in EU support for improving transport infrastructure across Europe. The 52 projects selected from the 2013 Multi-Annual Call and 54 from the 2013 Annual Call will use the EU’s financial support to bring forward the completion of the TEN-T network as well as studying innovative ways of reducing the transport sector’s carbon footprint.
