Ford Smart Mobility acquires Journey Holding

Ford Smart Mobility (FSM) has acquired technology company Journey Holding to help cities deliver more accessible transportation systems. Journey Holding will integrate its software solutions with FSM's TransLoc, a provider of technology solutions for on-demand and fixed route systems for public and private transit operations. Ford Smart Mobility (FSM) has acquired technology company Journey Holding to help cities deliver more accessible transportation systems.


Journey Holding will integrate its software solutions with FSM's TransLoc, a provider of technology solutions for on-demand and fixed route systems for public and private transit operations.

    Flixbus has confirmed that E-Mobility will test E-Buses on their long-distance bus routes in France and Germany. The project, according to André Schwämmlein, founder and CEO of FlixBus, aims to help shape the future of mobility as well as signal bus manufacturers to develop alternatives to pure diesel vehicles.
