Eneo includes junction box in bullet camera range

Eneo has added an integrated junction box into the mounting brackets of three of its Candid Bullet cameras. The solution is said to help reduce installation costs by simplifying and speeding up the fitting process. These models are said to offer high-performance and provide high-quality, video images, even in low light conditions. The available range includes the small Candid, 2MP, IP bullet (ICB-62M2712M0A); the medium sized, 3MP, IP bullet, with WiFi set-up interface (ICB-73M2712MWA); and the medium size

All three cameras include a 1/2,8", 2MP or 3MP, Sony Starvis CMOS sensor as well as analysis features such as motion detection; tamper protection; trip wire; people counting; direction and field detection; defog; and vertical view. The multi-signal model comes with defog, privacy masking and motion detection.

Houston Radar has released its low power side-fire radar, SpeedLane. It has been designed with the intention of detecting lane, speed and class of individual vehicles and compute per-lane volume, occupancy, gap, average speed, 85th percentile and headway parameters. The device can be mounted on the side of the road for traffic data collection and works in all weather and lighting conditions. Additionally, it measures all vehicles in eight user defined lanes and all traffic measurements are on per-vehicle
