Delcan to manage Hawaii freeway service patrol program

Engineering and technology company Delcan has been awarded a five year contract to operate and maintain the Hawaii Department of Transportation’s freeway service patrol (FSP) program. Engineering and technology company 285 Delcan has been awarded a five year contract to operate and maintain the 508 Hawaii Department of Transportation’s freeway service patrol (FSP) program.
