The INTRASME Smart Mobility Market Opportunity Workshop in Turin, Italy on 25 September will see successful SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) share their insights into emerging opportunities in intelligent transport systems (ITS).

The workshop will hear from leading policy makers in ITS, research on future trends in the transport industry and experts in funding opportunities. The Smart Mobility Market Opportunity workshop will appeal to policy makers, researchers and SMEs that are keen to understand technological and commercial developments in the smart mobility supply chain.
 
The event will be held alongside the Torino Smart Mobility World conference, with an opportunity to network with leading companies in the field.
 
INTRASME is an EC funded research project (FP7) led by Coventry University Enterprises, dedicated to getting new transport innovations to market quickly. The project focuses on the changing role that SMEs have on innovation mechanisms for the transport sector. The project focuses on emerging technologies and opportunities across Europe and is actively studying and developing clusters of activity in the West Midlands, UK, Piedmont, Italy, Warsaw, Poland and Ruse, Bulgaria.
