The company says the Video Viewer app’s live feed enables transportation agencies to access data and insights that were previously only available from their transportation management centre.

The app provides a live video of individual approaches in a variety of matrixed views while also allowing users to view and export data on vehicle volumes and diagnostic status, the company adds.

Cliff Nash, traffic signal technician at the City of Jonesboro, says: “The Iteris Video Viewer is proving to be a significant time saver for our traffic engineers, technicians and TMC staff, who can now access real-time video feeds direct from our city’s intersections even when they are out in the field.”

Video Viewer is available on iOS and Android devices as well as the Iteris website.
