Omnitron Systems, which manufactures fibre connectivity products, is to partner with Axis Communications in a collaboration which will see Omnitron’s equipment interoperate with Axis cameras.

2067 Omnitron Systems, which manufactures fibre connectivity products, is to partner with Axis Communications in a collaboration which will see Omnitron’s equipment interoperate with 2215 Axis cameras.

Axis Communications manufactures network video and video surveillance equipment manufacturers and Omnitron Systems provides an extensive line of hardened PoE, PoE+ and 60W HPoE media conversion solutions. Combined, the two companies deliver a networking solution that meets the unique needs of the IP video surveillance market, providing a simple, cost-effective and reliable solution to extend surveillance network distances.
