ISS appoints new director

Image Sensing Systems (ISS) has announced the appointment of Geoffrey Davis has been appointed to its Board of Directors. Fisher replaces Melissa Fisher who has resigned as a director for personal reasons. Davis is a principal at Republic Consulting. 6626 Image Sensing Systems (ISS) has announced the appointment of Geoffrey Davis has been appointed to its Board of Directors. Fisher replaces Melissa Fisher who has resigned as a director for personal reasons.

Davis is a principal at Republic Consulting. From 2005 to 2012, he served as a US Congressman from the Commonwealth of Kentucky and represented the Fourth District in the United States House of Representatives. Prior to serving in Congress, Davis owned and operated a consulting firm specialising in lean manufacturing and systems integrations.  

Announcing the appointment, Andrew Berger, ISS executive chairman thanked Melissa Fisher for her contribution to the company, saying she was instrumental in positioning ISS for growth in the years ahead.

He commented that Fisher’s breadth of experience would be valuable as ISS continues to build sustainable revenue and profitability.
