Innovation award for Iteris’ SmartCycle

Iteris’ Vantage SmartCycle, which detects cyclists at an intersection to trigger the green light and allow additional time for cyclists to safely cross the intersection, has won the Outstanding Product Innovation in the Green Engineering category of the Orange County Technology Alliance annual High-Tech Innovation Awards.

73 Iteris’ Vantage SmartCycle, which detects cyclists at an intersection to trigger the green light and allow additional time for cyclists to safely cross the intersection, has won the Outstanding Product Innovation in the Green Engineering category of the Orange County Technology Alliance annual High-Tech Innovation Awards.

“We are honoured to have won this year’s award in outstanding product Innovation,” said Abbas Mohaddes, president and CEO of Iteris. “Being recognised by OC Tech Alliance as an innovative product is validation that SmartCycle is unique in the traffic management industry.
