Imtech Traffic and Infra secures new buyer

Imtech Traffic & Infra has confirmed that it has secured a buyer and a future for the Division. The new owner, Egeria, is a Dutch private equity firm which has USA$1.8 billion under management. Egeria aims to create long term value by growing and developing the companies in close cooperation with management. 6999 Imtech Traffic & Infra has confirmed that it has secured a buyer and a future for the Division.

The new owner, Egeria, is a Dutch private equity firm which has USA$1.8 billion under management. Egeria aims to create long term value by growing and developing the companies in close cooperation with management.
