ITS Australia has extended the abstract submission deadline for its upcoming summit until 18 March following numerous requests from the industry.

This gives people more time to submit their abstract in and be considered to present their work at the ITS Australia Summit 2022.

At the summit, the industry will share new insights and explore initiatives determining its path toward an accessible and automated future transport network.

The event will include an industry programme over three days that will include keynote presentations. It will also feature technical tours and demonstrations, an industry exhibition, workshops, panel discussions and a social media programme.

Discussion topics include Data, Transport and Information; Equitable and Accessible Transport; Future Mobility; Policy Governance and Harmonisation; Transport Pricing, Modelling and Economics; and Vehicles: Autonomous, Connected, Electric, Shared.

Abstract submissions should be 250 words and written as a paragraph. They must also be submitted via the ITS Australia Summit 2022 digital platform and should be topical, timely, clear and concise.

The ITS Australia Summit will take place in Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre from 16-18 August.
