The city of Amsterdam is sending out parking fines faster and more efficiently than ever, following the introduction last month of Agendum’s Scanman back-office software.

Registration is now open for the five-day 23rd ITS World Congress, to be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre in Australia from 10-14 October 2016.
More than 7,000 international delegates are expected to attend the Congress, hosted by ITS Australia, on behalf of ITS Asia Pacific, Ertico and ITS America, the Congress theme is ITS - Enhancing Liveable Cities and Communities.

France’s Citilog and Signal Group of the US yesterday signed a ‘strategic alliance’ to combine their technologies, with the aim of delivering advanced ITS video analytics solutions to the North American market. Citilog will combine its capabilities in video analytics with Signal Group’s expertise in traffic controllers, with the first product designed to reduce traffic waiting times at intersections through the integration of real-time queue length calculation into adaptive intersection control.
