Vitronic Middle East receives two police awards

Vitronic Machine Vision Middle East has received two prestigious awards awarded by the Dubai Police. For the fourth year in a row, Vitronic has received the Dubai Traffic Police Gold Award, which honours the company’s performance as a technology supplier, based on an annual survey within the police force and given to vendors that achieve over 96 per cent customer satisfaction.

147 Vitronic Machine Vision Middle East has received two prestigious awards awarded by the Dubai Police.

For the fourth year in a row, Vitronic has received the Dubai Traffic Police Gold Award, which honours the company’s performance as a technology supplier, based on an annual survey within the police force and given to vendors that achieve over 96 per cent customer satisfaction.

Vitronic also received the Platinum Award for its engagement as a strategic partner in the White Points Campaign for traffic safety, which rewards drivers who did not commit any traffic offence in the United Arab Emirates throughout a full calendar year.

“The White Points Campaign is a great way to promote awareness about safe driving in Dubai and the UAE and we are proud to be a strategic partner”, said Youssef El Hansali, CEO of Vitronic Machine Vision Middle East.

    Vitronic Machine Vision Middle East and its Qatar partner Itqan Holding have announced an order for 26 PoliScan systems, 16 of which will be employed for speed enforcement, while ten will operate as combined solutions for speed and red light enforcement. The Doha airport’s operating company Qatar Civil Aviation Authority is Vitronic’s end customer in Qatar and the new systems will be used primarily for enforcement on the Airport Road, built last year.
