Redflex Holdings has appointed a new Australia-based non-executive director, Terence (Terry) Winters, to the Board. Terry Winters has served as chairman and non-executive director of Australian listed and private companies and charities. Redflex says Terry brings a great depth of experience in the governance and operations of international technology companies and social enterprises and he has a positive track record for leading strategic and cultural change programs at Board level.
The company has also announced a further six month extension to each of the two existing Red Light Photo Enforcement contracts the company has with the City of Chicago.
