Imtech extends board of management

Royal Imtech (Imtech) has appointed Felix N Colsman as a member of the Board of Management of Imtech with effect from 1 October 2013. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at a future Extraordinary General Meeting. Mr Colsman, who was previously vice president and general manager Service and Technology Europe of Johnson Controls' Building Efficiency division, will be responsible for Imtech Germany and Eastern Europe.

Royal 769 Imtech (Imtech) has appointed Felix N Colsman as a member of the Board of Management of Imtech with effect from 1 October 2013. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at a future Extraordinary General Meeting.

Mr Colsman, who was previously vice president and general manager Service and Technology Europe of 764 Johnson Controls' Building Efficiency division, will be responsible for Imtech Germany and Eastern Europe.
