Time is running out for anyone wanting to submit session ideas and papers for the 2021 ITS America Annual Meeting.

They must be submitted on or before Monday 12 April for the event, which will be held on 7-10 December at the Charlotte Convention Center.

ITS America is looking for "high-quality papers and sessions for the Annual Meeting’s technical programme to narrate our theme, 'Reimagining Transportation'".

Papers should be related to one of the three main topics - Safer, Greener and Smarter.

"If you or someone in your company, university, or organisation has recently undertaken research on intelligent transportation systems related to one of these topics, the ITS America Events Team formally invites you to submit your findings," ITS America says.

Submitters should be prepared to organise their proposed session, and proposals will be evaluated based on how they fit into the session topics which are designated.
