Karima Delli, chairwoman of the European Parliament Transport Committee and president of the EUSP, will host the event. Submissions will be open from then until 31 March.

Free to enter, the competition is open to all European start-ups. Fifty entries will be chosen to progress on 24 April, and the 10 winners will be announced at prize ceremony in Paris on 11 June. Ertico – ITS Europe, Boston Consulting Group and Via-ID support the prize scheme.

“Involving start-ups into the mobility ecosystem is nowadays important if we want to develop mobility solutions that can make transport greener, smarter and safer,” says Frank Daems, coordinator of the Ertico Start-up Initiative.
