Volvo cars equipped with park and pay parking solution

Volvo Cars’ new on-board infotainment and navigation solution, Sensus Connect, now has an integrated EasyPark Park&Pay solution that allows drivers to find and pay for parking from inside the car. Drivers of Volvo cars equipped with Sensus Connect are now able to navigate to a parking space, pay the parking fee through an on-board system and receive information or pay for additional parking via the EasyPark smartphone app whilst away from the vehicle.

7192 Volvo Cars’ new onboard infotainment and navigation solution, Sensus Connect, now has an integrated 7693 EasyPark Park&Pay solution that allows drivers to find and pay for parking from inside the car.

Drivers of Volvo Cars equipped with Sensus Connect are now able to navigate to a parking space, pay the parking fee through an onboard system and receive information or pay for additional parking via the EasyPark smartphone app whilst away from the vehicle.

The service is delivered in collaboration with Volvo Cars, EasyPark and 7374 Parkopedia which provides real-time data for available parking spaces. The application is based on car2infrastructure communication and points to new possibilities where the car starts to communicate with its surroundings.
