Cobra Electronics has launched the 7700 PRO, a GPS navigation and routing tool specifically tailored to the needs of truck drivers in the US. 607 Cobra Electronics has launched the 7700 PRO, a GPS navigation and routing tool specifically tailored to the needs of truck drivers in the US. Cobra has partnered with ProMiles Software Development Corporation and TruckDown Info International to include over 33,000 industry-leading truck-specific Points Of Interest (POIs) such as routable travel centre locations, detailed amenity information, fuelling stations, restaurants, heavy-duty towing, truck and trailer repair shops, truck-friendly hotels and weigh scales, plus more than 12 million standard POIs.

The 7700 PRO uses advanced routing information based on the vehicle's height, width and weight and provides complete coverage data including STAA national highway network and access roads; the national bridge inventory list; the national hazmat route registry; and detailed truck data for the lower 48 states and Canada.
