Globetouch acquires Teramatrix Technologies

US provider of global connectivity solutions and IoT platforms, Globetouch, has announced the acquisition of Indian IoT solutions provider Teramatrix Technologies.

US provider of global connectivity solutions and IoT platforms, Globetouch, has announced the acquisition of Indian IoT solutions developer Teramatrix Technologies. Globetouch will leverage and integrate the Teramatrix xFusion platform to create high value IoT applications that support Connected Cars, Autonomous Driving, predictive maintenance and edge intelligence.
 
The acquisition complements Globetouch's existing global connectivity suite and IoT platform which manages the intersection of big data, machine learning and autonomous systems for some of the world’s largest enterprise customers. The addition provides value for both Globetouch and Teramatrix customers and their IoT eco-system partners.
