Fleet tracking company to provide posted speed limit data

GPS Insight, a provider of GPS fleet tracking solutions for commercial and municipal fleets, has announced a joint-marketing agreement with SpeedGauge, in which select SpeedGauge services, such as speeding event analysis, will be made available to GPS Insight customers. GPS Insight has also licensed certain SpeedGauge patent rights and will make this functionality available to customers in the near future.

RSSGPS Insight, a provider of GPS fleet tracking solutions for commercial and municipal fleets, has announced a joint-marketing agreement with 4079 SpeedGauge, in which select SpeedGauge services, such as speeding event analysis, will be made available to GPS Insight customers. GPS Insight has also licensed certain SpeedGauge patent rights and will make this functionality available to customers in the near future.

“Many customers utilise GPS Insight to ensure their drivers are being safe and to reduce overall fleet risk,” says Robert Donat, founder and CEO of GPS Insight “By adding posted speed limit reports and alerts to our offering, fleet managers can now obtain even more insight into their drivers’ behaviour.”
