UK road safety charity 4235 Brake is running a free webinar for fleet and road safety professionals on the latest developments in vehicle technologies and the safety benefits they offer.

The webinar will be delivered by Brake Professional, Brake’s low-cost membership service for professionals working in the field of fleet safety. Brake Professional shares training, tools, and guidance on global fleet safety best practice with its members, as well as networking and development opportunities.

Brake’s latest webinar, The future of vehicle safety, sponsored by SmartDrive, is an opportunity to learn about emerging safety technologies and what they mean for the future of managing occupational road risk.

Speakers will explore emerging safety technologies including autonomous emergency breaking (AEB) and lane keep assist systems (LKAS), sharing essential information for professionals working in the areas of fleet, transport, and risk management.

The webinar will also discuss in-vehicle technologies such as telematics and cameras, the benefits these technologies can offer and how to maximise these benefits and reduce collisions. The webinar is an opportunity to hear from experts in the field, as well as a case study from a fleet operator who has successfully employed in-vehicle technology in their fleet.
