US live video aggregator TrafficLand is to supply its video management technology (VMC) to CBS Radio, providing regional news operation centres and individual radio stations with 24-hour access and the ability to monitor rush hour patterns, traffic bottlenecks and how incidents affect traffic conditions. The TrafficLand VMC service provides integrated access to real-time video from over 20,000 state and local Department of Transportation traffic cameras across the US through a specialised interface that was built by TrafficLand for traffic reporters and first responders to improve situational awareness.
