A session called Can Tolling and Road Usage Charging Share the Road? will ask whether light vehicle road user charging systems should come into force and what would be the impact and interaction with existing toll operations, revenues and gas tax. The discussion will be moderated by Patricia Hendren, executive director for the I-95 Corridor Coalition.

State Officials and Tolling – Why Some Like it and Others Don’t, a session moderated by Bernie Arseneau director, highways & roads at 59 HDR, will look at what leads state officials to embrace and reject tolling as a funding mechanism for infrastructure.

The summit will take place from 18-21 May at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel.
