HNTB Corporation is expanding its national leadership team by naming Kevin Hoeflich as toll services chairman, a post previously held by Jim Ely, who moves into a senior consulting role with the firm. 6278 HNTB Corporation is expanding its national leadership team by naming Kevin Hoeflich as toll services chairman, a post previously held by Jim Ely, who moves into a senior consulting role with the firm.

In his new role, Hoeflich, a senior vice president of the firm, will oversee growth and daily management of the toll practice, provide clients across the country with expert resources as they look to operate existing toll facilities, implement tolling in future projects, and represent HNTB to the toll industry. He is based in the firm’s Lake Mary, Florida, office.

Hoeflich is well known within the transportation market, bringing three decades of diverse industry experience. He previously led national toll practices for two firms and has significant program management experience, including serving as a former program director in the general engineering consultant program at Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise.

He has been with HNTB since 2013, serving as vice chairman, toll services and toll market practice leader, primarily focusing on toll client service, strategic planning, recruiting and serving a range of toll clients.
