The ITS Australia Summit 2024 will explore approaches to safe, sustainable and inclusive transport for vibrant communities by leveraging the ever-expanding capabilities of technology.
ITS Australia has welcomed the latest Victorian state government announcement of connected and automated vehicle (CAV) trials on public roads in Australia, using on the Monash-CityLink-Tullarmarine corridor in partnership with RACV, Transurban and VicRoads. The three phase trial will also include vehicle manufacturers BMW, Mercedes, Tesla and Volvo, with phase one due to be completed this year.
Australia will welcome international experts working at the leading edge of intelligent transport systems to speak at the ITS Summit to be held at the Australian Technology Park in Sydney from 18 to 20 September 2013.
